Hi all! It seems Amazon takes a while to upload reviews. I sent a 5 star review on Saturday and as of this morning (Tues., 1/24) it still has not posted. Hmmm.

    Same here, I reviewed on Saturday after receiving the paperback and still waiting for Amazon to process my review.
