This one is designed to help you to align with the light spectra, which is energy, and magnetics of the Sun. The result is a pure and sustained mental and physical energy that can literally last all day, and obviously helps to keep that vital lifeforce tank topped up. If at any time during the day you need it again, just do it again.

Again, this one is also very simple, and can be done either seated or lying down. It’s probably not necessary to have pillows as only five to seven minutes of this is needed, and you don’t really want to get to a non-conscious state.

Use some alchemy, sit or lie down and get comfortable, put on your eyemask, and begin breathing deeply and evenly. By now, you’re probably aware that Oval Breathing can be added to this one as well. With your eyes open behind the eyemask, begin by visualizing the Sun any way you like. If you Google a picture of the Sun, you’ll see some that are taken with a heavily filtered camera so that you can see the roiling and boiling surface. That’s a very useful visual to go into this with. Continue to visualize it. If your mind wanders, just bring it back to the visualization. Here and there, go ahead and move closer. After a few minutes, go ahead and dive right into it, going below its surface. Allow your imagination to be informed with what it that might look like in there.

Terminate any time you like, but give it a good five minutes.
