Also under the gathering tab are previous recordings if you have not seen those as yet. The ABS training, is so KEY to all of live, what an eye opener these tools are. :> )
Mate if you are able to connect with the group on Thursdays, we do a great meditation and talk very comfortable and for me, to be around the energy which is with and within the group, well it is a magnificent uplifting event which is always the highlight of my week.
