Alkhem and Helios Gold and Platinum is the place to start. Either or all three. Anything else is a waste because there is a stair step of growth in a path with the alchemy to take place. Alchemy is about purification and those do a great job of purifying the mind of emotional baggage. You could take all of those at the same time because those Phase ! Helios Gold And Platinum Sprays while powerful are also very gentle and meet you at your level of growth. It makes sense to at first work with the alchemies of the blue emerald line in order of phases one by one and get to know them but after acclimation and you felt by you inner guidance you could do more than one at a time. For example Alkehm at morning and Lumin simutaneously or staggered. The Helios line is a bit different. After Phase 1 you can order any of them in whatever order you are drawn to. I am not suggesting you are thinking this way but FYI sometimes people think MORE or a higher phase of the Blue Emerald line of alchemy will give them a "BIGGER" experiece or more intense experience and it does not work that way. The alchemy responds to humility and openness. :) It is subtle and cumulative and helps us transform in a way that is appropriate and non invasive. Youl develop a relationship with the intelligence that inspirits the alchemy and get to understand how dosage works with each one for you.
