I'm new to this awesome community/family and not sure if I should post my experience here, but I wanted to share it to see if others have had similar experiences (please forgive me but I haven't had much free time to read through all the blog posts and discussion threads).
I'm reading the Wormhole Docs a 2nd time since my surrender ceremony on Aug 22nd. When I reached the section about connecting with Aumakua, I decided to have a go at it. It's Summer here in NY and while warm it's not overly hot. I was sitting in the shade and there was a nice breeze blowing. As I entered more deeply in meditation, I felt a pressure on my brow where the 6th chakra (or 3rd eye) is located. I then started to see colors -- reds swirled to oranges that were flecked with yellow. I allowed those to surround me (as if I were entering their center), and then sensed I was in the presence of an intense light -- of no real color. I started to feel very warm, then hot -- as if I were sitting in the Sunshine and not the shade. This heat lasted a good 5 minutes or so. I opened myself to receive whatever energy I could "handle" and then gave thanks for the experience and any support that was given me in my process of awakening and remembering. The heat slowly lifted and the cool breeze, which seemed to have stopped, returned. Upon opening my eyes, I saw/verified I was still sitting in the shade. I also was left with a pressure feeling around the top of my head, like it was being expanded -- from the inside and outside -- front to back and side to side. (As I write this I have a slight headache still.) When I stood up and started to move, I felt a bit spacey and not totally in my physical body. This sensation is also still with me, but fading a bit.
I found the experience truly awesome and can't wait to see what changes it has made in my experience of this journey I'm on.
