lex, it's probably worth going a little deeper into your question. Are you having these negative "attacks" or whatever, or are you wanting to know just in general? Because if it's just in general, nothing can reach you through our tools. If you're under attack, then we need to talk.
The Chakra cuning is so simple and elegant. Around here we like for things to be multi purpose. The happen to be also purifying/balancing to the chakras. You can use them to clear away any psychic and energetic debris that has accumulated. The alchemy elixirs Liquisun also do that too. Gazing/meditating with GSPACE is waaaaaay powerful for about 10 minutes ( as long as you don't attach an intent to the use of it) automatically raises one's vibration to the point that "negative" entities either detach or face the fact of their now impending evolution. :) Welcome Lex!
Lex, what I would do is focus on what you want, which is protection, and let the things that you don't want just fade out of your mind. Each time you think of it, make it switch back to protection! You remember when they taught us in school in psychology, "don't think about a pink elephant?" Same thing...
