Breathing Holy

I've re-discovered a breathing technique I call "Breathing Holy." I've discovered another technique that's not easy to describe in text, but it's also very powerful. I promise, we'll get back into regular calls when all this dust from The Maelstrom settles. Breathing Holy, however, is easy to describe.

How it sets up. The Master Presence, what I sometimes call Infinite Mind, what others call God, is everywhere present, and in light of that, air isn't JUST air. It's the Master Presence, as are your car keys, your phone, and the tree in your yard. Those can't be consumed, though, while air can. Acknowledge this. Know air as a consumable nutrient rife with the Master Presence and a way to consume and assimilate Godhood.

Lie down, close your eyes, relax everything. Do an inventory from forehead to toes on what needs relaxing. If you can get your forehead, your eyes, your throat and your chest completely relaxed, the rest of you should follow suit.

Make an O with your mouth. Now, inhale with only your mouth, but do it slowly enough that it's absolutely silent. If you hear it, you're not doing it right. Then exhale just as silently. If you're sufficiently intuitively tuned (and it's not a bad thing if you're not), you'll feel the first one, and you'll feel the Presence suffuse you.

The shape of your lips, the interior of your mouth, it all matters, and this energy treats the palate as penetrable membrane. If you're like me, you'll notice what's in the mouth, the content of the Presence, can be thought of as ingredients. Although I have no need to intend anything anymore, I have a hunch the breath can be paused and that alchemical "ether" intent-programmed before resuming the silent inhale.

Play with it. Let us all know what you find out.

  • Hi Jason, I am not quite sure about the shape of the mouth. When I hold my mouth as "O" shaped as possible, my jaw is not relaxed. If I make a smaller "O", my lips are more pursed but I can relax more. Since you are saying that the shape of the mouth matters, I want to be sure I am holding it in the best way possible.  Thanks!

  • What I found is if I started with an O, and then relaxed into it so that my mouth was just open and relaxed, it works great.

  • So, initial report here. I laid on my back to do the breathing. I had my eyes closed but then opened them. It was dark in my room and I saw energetic beings all around! Not as colorful and apparent as in an Ayahuasca experience but similar nonetheless. I reckoned the breathing opened my awareness more into the 4th density and I imagine will lead to beyond that "level". My physical sensations were not quite but verging on bliss. Definitely a taste of the sacred. What's brilliant is that these experiences happened immediately! Even now as I sit here, if I do the breathing holy, I am immediately shifted to a place of sacred being. I am curious to explore this more!!!

  • The beauty of this is how absolutely, perfectly SIMPLE this is!!!!! I feel bliss molecules cascading through me with even just one breath. Pardon my post modern colloquialism here but.... OMG!!!

  • @Jason, I've experienced this before by different means. So, I thought I'd explore one of the more common ones I practice, and realized that when I breather in through the nose, I was sort of arching my breath as it came through my olfactory passages. I thought I'd share that as it reminds me of the shape of the palate. I'd just never noticed how I was breathing before. Breathing out seems to be more of a stretching of those same passages as I exhale. Also, I seem to be flaring my nostrils slightly.

4d and 5d

Hello, I have been wondering for awhile now why when you look into "new age" movements a hundred years ago and the way they talk about 4d is very similar to the way current movements or circles describe 5d when they discuss less dense experiences. …
