Meditations & Physical Practices

On our call tonight we discussed meditation and a caller ( remind me please who you are and please share here if you like )  shared this 8/8 breath ? meditation that he talked about that helped him overcome an oncoming flu instantly. I thought that was pretty cool. 

I enjoy employing the meditations here with fabulous effects for focus and rejuvenation and doing them before ABS sessions is essential for me.

Maybe others have some things meditations or practices for topping up vital force they would like to share?  Put them here in this thread!

Another member brought up the practice of belly dancing as a way to top of vital force. I know that is true because it works the core of your body so wonderfully!

This video is of a belly dancer that I found to be inspiring! She is a sword dancer and her presence and dancing gave me chills!

  • Yes. Sabine's dance was fantastic.

    Dance is definitely an energizer for me. Movement in general. I like to move my hands and body in a flow of awareness and at times incorporate a type of "talking and singing in tongues" with it. I find it really quiets my mind and creates a communion of selves into the sacredness of awareness.
