  Thanks for starting this thread, Jason. I really want to pull down into my head what I am getting from SL. So, you that know me, know I have a Great Pyrenees dog, Rocky. He is a very loving (to me, because he is very shy) and good boy. I tease and say he has a size 17 back foot. He is so big that he can walk up to me and lay his face on my sternum. So, for a couple of weeks he has had a limp, meh, I figured he stepped in a hole, or a goat butted him, you know normal farm stuff. My vet is a friend of mine, and has great intuition with matching up animals and such. I can barely get both Rocky in my in my little Izuzu truck. Anyway, we went and had an X-ray of his ankle. The news was like a punch in the dark while you're sleeping. Today is his 6th birthday, and he has bone cancer. After one day of meds, he seems much more comfortable to walk. I'm not much to cry, but I did have to sit down twice from the shock. I live alone, so my babies are my family. Rocky loves walking down our dirt road with his new brother Captain, the 3 legged character. So I am saying all this to drive this point, I was laying in bed last night thinking about my challenges from the day, it was as if the 3 of me were in some kind of unison, Sooz, her TST, and her avitar on SL. It was if my higher self, TST was talking to me, and merging us last night, and teaching me through each other. So, as I was lying there, I thought about how my avitar can just be flying along in mid air, and hover like a helicopter, then it occurred to me how similar that is to a still point in the CranioSacral Therapy work that I do. A still point is when the Cranial system gets a reboot, and things have a better chance of being in better order. As I have the rest of this journey to walk with my sweet boy Rocky, I am getting guidance from two other of my self.As I lay there in my bed last night, I felt the deepest peace I have felt in a long time,maybe ever, it seemed to penetrate deep into an etheric part of my heart that I had not felt before last night. I know the new Alchemys are helping me to go deeper in this journey that we walk here together. So thanks to Rocky, for taking me to such a deeper place. I'm sure there are many more lessons before he leaves here. So instead of any sympathy, please tell me what you are learning from SL and how it is helping you in your life?

  Wow Sooz, my hand is to my heart in empathy and love.

  For me, my dreams are opening up and are more interactive and vibrant. I feel as though working with my avatar in the (what can seem silly some times) SL world has actually freed me up more to a "can do" place in the so called real world.

  And, I also love the fact that I have an fun excuse to "hang out" with friends whom I love dearly in this amazing virtual world.  One of my favorite experiences in SL was surfing off of Jamaica Beach. Absolutely amazing graphics - so real - and SO MUCH FUN.  I actually could feel that rolling sensation of through my body like you do when spending the day in the waves.

  I feel the presence of our group on SL so strongly sometimes, when I go make a hot tea, or grab some water, I want to ask if anybody wants anything. Like Jason says, it is the next best thing to being all together in person, plus my avitar is HOT!

  Yah, she is hot, lol. 'course so is everybody's. i think we should all spend more time in cuddle puddles... awwww!

  SOOOOOOOZ WOW. Exceptional and thank you for sharing that. Pets and strokes and treats for our hero Rocky!

  Wow so very inspiring and an "empirical experience" to me of SL's vast potential which Previously I was not fully grasping.

  Wow...what is it all doing?  Big question....any response I give will be lacking...inadequate at best.  When I read my words tomorrow I will be disappointed, as change is happening rapidly.  But for today...now...I say....

  Mirrored reflections give way to deeper understanding.  Levels and layers seen...uncovered, allowing penetration.  A frantic tearing away.  Truth standing before me.  It has no temperature.  It just is.   Lack of patience for others inability to see falling away.  Acceptance, understanding and compassion giving way to clarity of self.  A need no longer satisfied by others insecurities and issues.  No apologies necessary....now or ever.      LOVE!

  SL wardrobe TIP!......If you have a yellow box with a red circle next to it (on your top bar) you cannot drop and open items on Zupera.  You must go to a public sandbox which is no big deal.  They clean it every 3 hours and return anything you leave.  I try to pick up my trash before exiting.  If while there (sandbox) you pull an item from your saved outfits (to mix and match) and in error "drop" it....even if you "take it"....this item will be removed from any already saved outfits you have.  You will have to(from sandbox) find it in your inventory open/wear...save it...and then go through all saved ensembles that contained this item...add and save again.  If you do not do this you may find yourself with a missing important piece the next time you click to wear a saved outfit.  

  There may be an easier way to do it....I don't know.  This is just what happened to me and how I was able to fix it.   The best thing to say is.....don't drop already saved items from your wardrobe while at the sandbox!
