This is copied from a wright up which was done on rhodium and iridium.

I find this notion very interesting and would like to get additional information on materials or exercises I can do to optimize my body using these two Alchemies to have such a result.

Just curious but why do you want to disappear in a flash of light?
I have gotten insights into SANYAMA which means "going together".
I asked the question so as to get insights into what i could practice sanyana as a way of achieving a level of mastery to effect fasing in and out of realities.
